Contacting and contracting electronic products and services offered through this website by CONCEPT’MOD can only be done by individuals over 18 years old, not below this age.

In the event that CONCEPT’MOD verifies that, contrary to this rule, personal data has been provided by a minor under 18 years old, it will be immediately deleted.

In this case, you must provide proof of parenthood or guardianship by providing an official document, such as a scanned copy of the family record book.

In accordance with the requirements of Law 15/2003, of 18 December, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, “LQDP”), and the regulations that develop it, users of this website are informed that the personal data provided to CONCEPT’MOD will be part of a file owned by CONCEPT’MOD duly registered with the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Andorra.

This website operates from the Principality of Andorra, and its terms of use are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Andorran courts, which shall rule in accordance with the laws in force in the Principality of Andorra.

CONCEPT’MOD guarantees that the processing of your personal data is subject to the strictest duty of confidentiality, and that necessary technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent their alteration, misuse, loss, theft, and unauthorized processing and/or access.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

This privacy policy may be modified in accordance with the applicable law at any time.
